How the free trial works
14 days of Company
Install Echoh in Slack, connect the whole team, publish as much as you like. Nothing to enter, nothing to pick.
Then you land on Free
Nothing breaks. The first 5 connected teammates keep publishing up to 20 posts a month, and everyone can still react.
Upgrade when the team outgrows it
The 6th teammate to connect, or the 21st post in a month, is the moment you'll be asked. One card, one plan, everyone covered.
Common questions
Who pays?
The Slack workspace admin, once, for the whole workspace. Teammates never see a checkout. Any admin can change or cancel the plan from Settings → Billing.
What counts as a 'connected teammate'?
Someone in your Slack workspace who has linked their LinkedIn to Echoh. That is what the seat caps count. People who are in Slack but have not connected LinkedIn don't take a seat.
What counts as a 'post'?
One thing published through Echoh to LinkedIn, by anyone in the workspace. Reactions, comments, and reshares from teammates are amplification of that post and are never counted or charged.
What happens at the Free limits (5 teammates, 20 posts a month)?
The next teammate who tries to connect is asked to wait for an upgrade, and the admin gets a Slack DM. At the post cap, publishing pauses until the 1st of next month or an upgrade, whichever comes first. Your history, analytics, and reactions keep working.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or between plans?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Stripe pro-rates the change. Yearly is two months free.
What if we cancel?
You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Are prices in USD?
Yes. Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout for international cards.
